The product contains a fully integrated application that combines radio and switching capabilities in one single cabinet with the size of a PC. Besides the stand alone operation, it can be integrated with the existing networks as an extension of the already existing GSM network to increase capacity and customer base, and unload the network. Or it can be integrated with local PSTN and/or satellite, for use in remote parts of the world. The solution allows to start with minimum wireless infrastructure and extending the capacity by adding additional components.
The platform incorporates a BSC (Base Station Controller), a BTS (Base Transceiver Station) MSC (Mobile Switching Centre) and OMC (Operation and Management Centre). The platform has modular expandable and scaleable architecture. Based on the network requirements; several separate components can be combined and integrated to bring the network to where it is needed and your customer can use it.
