[ ] Electrical Equipment	OFF
[ ] Master Switch	OFF
[ ] Fuel Shut Off Valve	OPEN
[ ] Electric Fuel Pump	ON
[ ] Carburetor Heat	FREE & OFF

ENGINE START

Press CTRL+E to initiate engine autostart sequence, or:

[ ] Parking Brake	SET
[ ] Master Switch	ON
[ ] Mode Select Switch	POWER FLIGHT
[ ] Throttle	OPEN 1/4 INCH (press F3 or F2 as necessary)
[ ] Propeller	TAKEOFF (press CTRL+F4 until fully in)
[ ] Propeller Area	CLEAR
[ ] Fuel Quantity Indicator	CHECK
[ ] Cowl Flap	OPEN (press CTRL +SHIFT +V as necessary)
[ ] Electric Fuel Pump	CHECK ON
[ ] Ignition Switch	START (release when engine starts) (press M+PLUS key to R, L, Both, Start)
[ ] Throttle control	IDLE
[ ] Choke	ON if eng is cold

Then:

[ ] Oil Pressure	CHECK
[ ] Electric Fuel Pump	CHECK
[ ] Flashing Beacon	ON as required
[ ] Flaps	RETRACT (press F6 until Up)

BEFORE TAKEOFF

[ ] Canopy	CLOSED & LOCKED (press SHFT+E)
[ ] Parking Brake	SET (press CTRL+PERIOD)
[ ] Flight Controls	FREE AND CORRECT
[ ] Flight Instruments	CHECK and SET
[ ] Fuel Quantity	CHECK

[ ] Fuel Shut Off Valve	RECHECK OPEN
[ ] Carburetor Heat	FREE & OFF
[ ] Elevator Trim	SET for takeoff (with Num Lock off, press Num Pad 1 or Num Pad 7 as necessary)
[ ] Throttle	1700 RPM (press F3 or F2 as necessary)
[ ] Magnetos	CHECK <150 RPM drop on each; <50 RPM drop between (press M+MINUS key, then press M+PLUS key to L, R, L, Both)
[ ] Engine Instruments and Ammeter	CHECK
[ ] Throttle	1000 RPM or less (press F2 or F3 as necessary)
[ ] Strobe Lights	AS DESIRED
[ ] Altimeter	SET
[ ] Wing Flaps	SET for takeoff (15 degrees) (press F7 or F6 as necessary)
[ ] Brakes	RELEASE (press PERIOD key)

TAKEOFF

[ ] Cowl Flap	OPEN (press CTRL +SHIFT +V as necessary)


[ ] Wing Flaps	SET for takeoff (15 degrees) (press F7 or F6 as necessary)
[ ] Throttle	FULL OPEN - 2300 RPM (press F3 until fully in)
[ ] Propeller	TAKEOFF (press CTRL+F4 until fully in)
[ ] Elevator Control	LIFT NOSE WHEEL (at 55 KIAS)
[ ] at 330 ft AGL - Electric Fuel Pump	OFF
[ ] Climb Speed	60-80 KIAS

ENROUTE CLIMB

[ ] Airspeed	60-80 KIAS
[ ] Throttle	FULL OPEN (press F3 as necessary)
[ ] Propeller	CRUISE (press CTRL+F2 until minimum)
[ ] Wing Flaps	UP (press F6 as necessary)

CRUISE

[ ] Power	2100-2250 RPM (press F2 or F3 as necessary)
[ ] Elevator Trim	ADJUST (with Num Lock off, press Num Pad 1 or Num Pad 7 as necessary)
[ ] Propeller	CRUISE (press CTRL+F2 until minimum)

IN-FLIGHT ENGINE STOP

[ ] Throttle Control	IDLE (press F2)
[ ] Electrical Equipment	OFF (Turn off Radios and Lights as necessary)
[ ] Ignition Switch	OFF (Click Mouse on Ignition until OFF)
[ ] Propeller Control	FEATHER (press ctrl+F2)

[ ] Touchdown	MAIN WHEELS FIRST
[ ] Landing Roll	LOWER NOSE WHEEL GENTLY
[ ] Braking	MINIMUM REQUIRED (press PERIOD key)
[ ] Electric Fuel Pump	OFF

AFTER LANDING
